Overview
The gLHS Network welcomes affiliate members who are passionate about identification and improvement of approaches for clinical integration of genomic information in a Learning Health System setting. Affiliate members engage in reciprocal learning with the network, allowing each group to benefit from a rich, collaborative environment and shared expertise in multidisciplinary areas. Affiliate members have the opportunity to collaborate with the network in a number of ways:
- A rich, collaborative environment with network sites and shared expertise in multidisciplinary areas.
- Access to network-developed tools and guidelines, both published and beta versions.
- Participation in network meetings, as appropriate.
- Access to gLHS network data prior to public release and opportunity to participate in gLHS project(s) or implement genomics-enabled Learning Health System project(s), assessed on a case by case basis

Applying for Affiliate Membership
Groups interested in affiliate membership should be prepared to include the following in their application.
- Describe objectives of becoming an affiliate member.
- Describe the relevant expertise, capabilities, data, and relevant ongoing projects.
- Describe any partnerships with gLHS sites, conflicts of interest, or financial disclosures.
- (As needed) Provide a concise research summary of the planned project or feasibility of implementing an ongoing gLHS project
